Labs and diagnostics without leaving home
Getting to a lab is often harder than getting to the doctor. We bring the draw to you and read the results the same week.
Testing we bring with us
Venous blood draws for the full range of routine panels, point-of-care glucose and INR, urinalysis and culture collection, twelve lead EKG, pulse oximetry, and rapid testing for influenza, COVID-19, strep and RSV in season.
Imaging arranged at your door
Through mobile imaging partners we arrange portable X-ray, bedside ultrasound and doppler studies at home, usually within a day or two of the order. Anything requiring CT or MRI is scheduled at a nearby center with transport guidance.
Getting results
Routine results are back in one to three business days. We call with anything abnormal rather than leaving it in a portal, and normal results still get a short message so you are never left wondering.
The portable x-ray unit travels in the car, so a chest film happens in the living room rather than a radiology waiting room.

Questions about in-home labs and diagnostics
Is the blood draw billed separately?
The lab bills your insurance for processing, exactly as it would if you walked into a draw station. There is no additional home collection fee from us.
Can you draw labs ordered by another doctor?
For our established patients, usually yes, with a copy of the order.
