Life Primary Care covers six counties from our base in East Hanover: Somerset, Morris, Union, Essex, Passaic, Bergen. Every visit happens at your home.
Morris County
Our team is based in East Hanover, so Morris County is home turf. We cover the Route 10 and Route 46 corridors, the Morristown area, the Chathams and the lake communities to the west.
Essex County
Essex County is a short drive east for us, and we cover it from the Oranges and Montclair through to Livingston, Millburn and the Caldwells.
Union County
We cover Union County from the Summit and Westfield area through Cranford and Scotch Plains down to Elizabeth and Linden.
Somerset County
Somerset County is our western reach, covering Somerville and Bridgewater, the Bernards and Bedminster area, and Hillsborough and Branchburg.
Passaic County
We cover Passaic County from Wayne and the Route 23 corridor through Clifton and Paterson to Totowa, Little Falls and Hawthorne.
Bergen County
Bergen County is our eastern edge, from Hackensack and Teaneck through Paramus and Ridgewood up to Mahwah and Ramsey.
